Important Instructions

  1. Read the advertisement and all instructions carefully before filling the online application form.
  2. Use correct personal details as per your official documents (Class 10th Certificate, Aadhaar, Caste Certificate, etc.).
  3. Date of Birth must match the Date of Birth mentioned in your Class 10th pass Certificate & Admit Card.
  4. Enter your active mobile number and email ID. These will be used for verification and future communication.
  5. Do not share your login details (User ID/Password) with anyone.
  6. Keep the following documents ready before starting the application:
    • Recent passport-size colour photograph (Size: 30 kb - 100 Kb)
    • Signature Image (Max size 200 Kb)
    • Left Thumb Impression Image (Max size 100 Kb)
    • All educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Computer courses etc.)
    • Valid Aadhar Card No
  7. Upload photograph, signature and thumb impression in clear quality. Blurred or unclear images may lead to rejection.
  8. Allowed file size for photo, signature and thumb impression: 30 KB to 100 KB.
  9. Ensure uploaded files are in the correct format (JPG/JPEG/PNG) as specified.
  10. Fill all details carefully. No request for correction will be accepted after final submission.
  11. Provide correct information regarding category, nationality, religion, gender, disability, sports quota and ex-serviceman status.
  12. Fill the Permanent and Correspondence Address accurately, including PIN code.
  13. Fill all the preferences/choice of post wise institution name / department name . Mandatorily fill all the six preferences.
  14. Enter educational qualification details correctly: Board/University name, total marks, secured marks, percentage and year of passing.
  15. If marks are in CGPA, convert them to percentage as per university norms before entering.
  16. Select the correct Exam Zone for appearing in the written examination.
  17. Ensure you meet all eligibility conditions (age, qualification, category criteria) as on the last date of application.
  18. Review all details before final submission.
  19. After submitting the form, take a printout or save a copy for future reference.
  20. Make payment only through the official payment link. UR & SEBC candidate will have to pay Rs. 500 . SC , ST & PwD candidate will have to pay Rs. 200 as application fee.
  21. The application will be treated as incomplete if the payment is not successful.
  22. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is true and correct.
  23. Incorrect information or forged documents may lead to rejection or legal action.
  24. For technical issues, contact the official helpdesk/support mentioned on the portal.
  25. Do not wait until the last day to submit the application to avoid server or network issues.
It has been observed that in some cases verification emails may take longer to arrive or may be delivered to the Spam/Junk folder due to automated security filtering applied by certain email service providers (such as Gmail). In order to avoid interruption in the registration process, applicants may continue to log in to the portal, fill up the application form, and complete the required payment, if applicable. The email verification can be completed later using the verification link sent to the registered email address. Applicants are advised to check their Inbox as well as Spam/Junk folder periodically.
